How to Brew Flowering Tea

1. Heat fresh water to 80°C
2. Place one flowering tea bulb into your easy glass teapot or glass infuser mug
3. Pour hot water gently over the bulb
4. Allow the tea to steep for 3 to 5 minutes as it slowly unfurls
5. Watch the bloom develop, then serve and enjoy

For a stronger infusion, steep slightly longer. For a lighter taste, reduce brewing time. Each bulb can often be re-infused 2 to 3 times.
