Perfect as a refreshing summer cold brew, this tea develops remarkable sweetness and clarity when steeped slowly in cold water. Simply add 2 spoonfuls of tea leaves into 400ml of water and leave in the fridge overnight. Serve chilled, or elevate the experience further by topping with one-third sparkling water for a beautifully crisp and thirst-quenching infusion.
