A Tea Born from the Monsoon

Monsoon Black is one of Sri Lanka’s rarest and most intriguing seasonal teas, crafted in extremely limited quantities from mature tea trees awakened by the island’s dramatic monsoon rains.

This fleeting seasonal harvest produces a tea prized for its remarkable depth, dark honey sweetness, warming spice notes and lingering smooth finish. With annual production often limited to only a handful of kilograms, Monsoon Black stands as a true collector’s tea for those seeking rare and extraordinary tea experiences.

Perfect for Cold Brew

Monsoon Black also makes an exceptionally refreshing cold brew for warmer days. Add 2 spoonfuls of tea leaves into 400ml of water and refrigerate overnight to unlock its naturally smooth, sweet and layered character. For a livelier finish, add one-third sparkling water to create a sophisticated sparkling tea perfect for summer enjoyment.
