- Heat fresh water according to the individual tea instructions.
- Use the recommended amount of tea for each variety.
- Brew at lower temperatures than black tea to preserve flavour and sweetness.
- Steep for the suggested brewing time.
- Many of these teas can be infused multiple times to reveal evolving flavour characteristics.
- For Matcha, whisk the tea powder with hot water until smooth and frothy before enjoying.
