We are not responsible for any failed deliveries due to external delays to shipping. If the order is unable to reach you, you may not receive a refund unless the order is returned to sender.

10:3 Faulty or Incorrect Items
In the event a customer receives a faulty or incorrect item, they must contact us as soon as possible via email at sales@theteamakers.co.uk and provide photo evidence of the faulty or incorrect item and the invoice. We are unable to proceed with claims that do not provide photo evidence.
Any claims of faulty items made 6 months after receipt are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Customers are provided with information that they are signing up for a recurring order on the product page and the checkout page on our website.
After the creation of a subscription, customers will be sent an automatic email notifying them of the fact that they have signed up to a recurring order on the date the order is placed. A subsequent automatic reminder email will be sent out 5 days before any recurring order.
Customers can view, amend or cancel their subscriptions at any time on our website, or they can contact us at sales@theteamakers.co.uk.
Cancellation of a subscription will prevent any further recurring orders. It will not cancel any orders that have already been placed, for which a customer has received a confirmation email.
To cancel an order, please contact us at sales@theteamakers.co.uk with your Order details. Any order which has already been dispatched, we are unable to recall, and will be subject to our standard Returns Policy.

Customers can redeem the value of a gift card by entering its unique code at checkout when making a purchase. This code is not case sensitive.
A gift card holds a balance, which can be spent over more than one order. Gift card balances are applied to the total value of an order, which can include taxes and shipping. You can view and manage the status of each gift card in your account.
When a gift card is redeemed, the checkout displays one of the following options:
If the balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, then you can complete order.
